Mind Body Spirit Yoga
Beginner/Intermediate Yoga focuses on listening to your body
with long warm up and
holding poses encouraging flexibility, stretching and
relaxation.
Mondays, January 7- February 25 (8 weeks)/ March 3 - April

T’ai Chi

beginner’s T’ai Chi for seniors with gentle movement that
have been
endorsed by the American Arthritis Foundation.
Fridays, April 11- May 16, 2008
•10am (beginners) 10:30 am (intermediate)
•Beginners will start at 10:00 am and intermediate students
will join the class at 10:30 am.
•Classes run for approximately 1 hour.
•Fee: $25.00/ intermediate students are welcome to drop in
for $5.00. Beginner students are encouraged to
join a six-week session.
The 24 Forms (Peking forms)
~Slightly
more strenuous forms are perfect gentle exercise for the
physically fit.
Wednesdays, April 9- May 14, 2008
• 7 pm (beginners) 7:30pm (intermediate)
• Beginners will meet at 7 PM and intermediate students will
join them at 7:30. Classes run for approximately 1 hour.
• Fee: $25.00/ intermediate students are welcome to drop in
for $5.00. Beginner students are encouraged to join a
six-week session.
