Policy and Procedure

In 1938, the E.L.M.M.C.C. opened it's doors and welcomed local groups and private residents to use our community's center. For so many years, the E.L.M.M.C.C. has been here to facilitate Winchester's meetings, it has watched us grow and we have watched it as it gets older. Our community center needs attention, it needs love and now it needs Winchester's patience.

The Board of Trustees, Board of Incorporators and the Director are all working hard to repair and restore this community center. Times change, the needs of the community change, as do the needs of these old buildings. We are working on strategic planning, a business tool that we are confident will help the E.L.M.M.C.C. to prosper, and we will work as quickly as we can through this process. Soon you may receive information on new policies. We encourage collaboration and partnerships with community members. Please do not hesitate to call the E.L.M.M.C.C. at 239-4316 with your questions, comments and opinions.
